That’s Laureus World Sport Awards.\\n\\n慧慧：對，勞倫斯世界體育獎。\\n\\nNathan：在3月16日，它公佈了2004年度各個獎項的提名名單。\\n\\n慧慧：湊巧的是，其中獲得Sportsman of the Year年度最佳男運動員提名的費德勒，一個星期後在ATP Awards中就奪得了球迷最喜歡球員獎.\\n\\nNathan：Roger Federer had won the fan favorite award because he had a outstanding performance last year.\\n\\n慧慧：費德勒拿到這個獎可以說是名至實歸，那麼我們再去瞭解其他獲獎運動員在去年的ATP Tour中都取得了哪些成就？\\n\\n[話外音]\\n\\n首先是ATP Awards的重頭戲，Player of the Year年度球員的桂冠被授予了22歲的美國選手Andy Roddick。\\n\\nATP官方是這樣總結他在去年的表現。\\n\\nAndy Roddick became the youngest American and second overall to finish year-end World No. 1 in the history.\\n\\n羅迪克是美國曆史上最年輕的年終世界第一，而在ATP曆史上僅次於休伊特。\\n\\nHe won a hat-trick of consecutive titles at Tennis Masters Series events in Montreal and Cincinnati and at the US Open.\\n\\nHat-trick 帽子戲法，經常被用在足球比賽中，指某人在一場比賽中攻入三球。\\n\\n這裡則指羅迪克在去年北美硬地賽場連續獲得的三個冠軍。\\n\\n包括背靠背的蒙特利爾和辛辛那提兩站大師賽，還有隨後的US OPEN美國網球公開賽。全年共獲得6個ATP冠軍，年終排名第一，年紀輕輕就取得如此輝煌的成就，獲此殊榮實在是水到渠成。\\n\\n同樣來自美國的雙打選手Bob Bryan和Mike Bryan則獲得了Doubles Team of the Year，年度雙打組合。\\n\\n有趣的是，這兩位選手是一對Twin brothers孿生兄弟，或許是因為心靈相通，配合默契的緣故吧，在去年的比賽中他們攜手拿下5個冠軍，成為第一對ATP雙打排名年終第一的兄弟組合。\\n\\n[話外音]\\n\\n2000年，ATP推出了一批被稱為“New balls Genaration”的年輕球員，其中就包括如今大紅大紫的羅迪克，費德勒，費雷羅等人。\\n\\n2003年也同樣湧現出了許多希望之星，正所謂江山帶有才人出，長江後浪推前浪，但究竟誰纔是他們中最棒的呢？\\n\\nATP 的Newcomer of the Year年度新人獎解開了大家的疑惑，他就是17歲的西班牙天才少年 Rafael Nadal（納達爾），在他的第一個職業賽季裡，他的世界排名就從第235位飛昇到第47位，前途不可限量。\\n\\n上麵這些獎項都是由球員評選出來的，ATP另外設有一個由球迷網上投票產生的獎項，Fan Favorite Award最受球迷喜愛獎，這個獎項可是球員人氣的風向標，Roger Federer憑藉精湛全麵的球技，光彩奪目的戰績，成為球迷心目中的偶像。\\n\\n[主持人]\\n\\n慧慧：ATP Awards的其他獎項也都名花有主，比如Most Improved Player最快進步獎被授予了德國雨人舒特勒（Rainer Schuettler）。而Comeback Player最佳複出獎則被澳洲大炮菲利普西斯（Mark Philippoussis）奪得。\\n\\nNathan：恩，ATP Awards的獎項咱們也說的差不多了。\\n\\n慧慧：Nathan，我還有一個問題不明白。\\n\\nNathan：什麼問題？\\n\\n慧慧：你知道Nobel Prize就是諾貝爾獎，可為什麼不說是Nobel Awards呢？\\n\\nNathan：這個簡單，因為諾貝爾獎不光有獎章medal，而且還有獎金，一張寫著prize money的支票啊。所以就是Nobel Prize羅。\\n\\n慧慧：那麼照你這樣說，數學界的費爾茲獎Fields Medal。就因為隻有獎章medal的緣故羅？\\n\\nNathan：孺子可教！\\n\\n\"
